Ordering Business Cards, Letterhead and Envelopes

Ordering business cards, letterhead and envelopes. For business cards, letterhead and envelopes, two printed options are available: one incorporating the silver, gold and green and one using green only. In addition, a downloadable version of the letterhead in green is also available below.

Departments may order letterhead and business cards through Missouri S&T’s printing and mail services office’s online service at printingmail.mst.edu/ordercards/index.html. Printing and Mail Services also has a limited supply of blank letterhead on hand for departments in need of immediate, temporary supply.

Downloadable letterhead. The downloadable letterhead is customizable and works well for official correspondence and internal communications. The margin should be one-half inch all around and the contact information must be centered. The letterhead’s dark green color (as shown below) is also used on the standard envelopes, which include department name, full address and web address (see below).

The letterhead is available in two styles, one incorporating Univers font for contact information and the other incorporating Arial font. Because many users do not have the Univers font installed on their computers, Arial is an acceptable substitute.

The use of complementary colors used in marketing materials – both online as well as in print – is driven by trends in fashion and culture and is intended to keep our materials fresh and current. The same holds true with graphic design of print and electronic marketing materials. Therefore, the usage of complementary colors will change from time to time to keep pace with current trends.
